- Use of the drive-in property up to 2 hours before dusk and up to 30 minutes after the conclusion of the last film shown.
- Staffing to operate the professional digital projector for one movie on Screen #1. See below to add additional film and/or screen #2 rental.
- Staffing to sell concessions.
- Staffing to close down all equipment after completion of movies.
- Staffing for normal property clean-up the next day (in the daylight). Typical clean-up of the property takes 45 minutes. Excessive litter left by special event guests will be charged the renter as an additional fee at a fee of $100/hour.
